Seven defendants entered guilty pleas, two were held for further court action, and a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of another during Warren County central court proceedings Wednesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.
Entering pleas were:
Gomer Williams, McKean, guilty to disorderly conduct.
Kimberly A. Stillings, 1410 Route 948, Sheffield, guilty to unlawful kill - take big game - closed season. An addition count of unlawful kill - take big game - closed season, and charges of hunt without securing license and violate rules and regulations of the Game Commission were withdrawn.
Lorn Ray Champlin Jr., 1410 Route 948, Sheffield, guilty to unlawful kill - take big game - closed season. An addition count of unlawful kill - take big game - closed season, and charges of hunt without securing license and violate rules and regulations of the Game Commission were withdrawn.
John W. Soderberg, 6 Schantz St., guilty to loitering and prowling at night time and possession of marijuana. Charges of theft from a motor vehicle and use or possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.
Jessica Elizabeth Neizmik, Warren County jail, guilty to use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kristina Appling, 12 Oak St., guilty to possession of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Karen Lee Denardi, 423 Rankin St., guilty to bad checks.
The following were held for further court action.
Barry David Fox, 2481 Mathews Run Road, Youngsville, charged with DUI: general impairment - first offense; DUI: highest rate of alcohol - first offense; careless driving; disregard traffic lane; possession of a small amount of marijuana; and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Melanie Lynn Whitmire, 1757 Scandia Road, charged with criminal trespass.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of:
Nikki Valdez, 49 Railroad St., Clarendon, charged with bad checks.
