Warren
Harassment. Warren City police cited Allen M. Shoemaker, 419 Laurel St.; Chevy A. Haskins, 419 Laurel St.; Rachel S. Bines, 201 E. Fifth Ave.; and Michael T. Frazier, 410 1/2 Hazel St. for harassment after they engaged in a fight at 11:13 p.m. Wednesday on Hazel Street.
Conewango Twp.
Burglary. Conewango Township police investigated a burglary that occurred between Aug. 27 and Sept. 3, 2011 at a camp on Weiler Rd. During their investigation police said they lifted latent fingerprints at the scene and sent them to AFIS. Police said the prints positively identified Michael J. Connolly, 26, Warren, to be at the scene of the crime. Police said other items were left behind that were connected to Connolly. Connolly was arrested on a felony warrant for burglary, attempted theft, criminal mischief and harassment. Connolly was preliminary arraigned and remanded to the Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Forest County
Accident. Marienville-based state police responded at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to a one-vehicle accident on Route 127 just south of School House Road. Police said the accident occurred as Alan M. Zavacky, 53, Pittsburgh, lost control of his vehicle on the snow-covered roadway while traveling uphill on Route 127. Police said Zavacky's vehicle went off the east side of the roadway and down an embankment and struck a tree with the passenger side of the vehicle. Police said Zavacky, who was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured, is being cited with driving vehicle at safe speed.
McKean County
Criminal mischief. Kane-based state police reported that between Feb. 21 and 23 someone damaged cross rails and lock of a gate which blocks an oil lease road on Lindholm Road owned by Quail Energy. Anyone with information is asked to contact Kane-based state police.
