Conewango Twp.

Charged. According to Conewango Township police, Michael J. Reams entered the North Warren WalMart store highly intoxicated at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday and intentionally slammed into the store shelves knocking merchandise onto the floor and causing damage to some of the merchandise. Police said they are charging Reams with criminal mischief and public drunkenness.

Pleasant Twp.

Theft, access device fraud. Warren-based state police reported that between Feb. 18 and 20 someone used a known victim's debit/credit card number to make various purchases online for computer software and Apple Inc. products, valuing up to $1,505.

Glade Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between 3 and 4 p.m. on Feb. 18, someone entered the residence of Marc Anthony Nuhfer on Schumann Road, and took an Xbox 360, black in color, and one black and gray Xbox controller. An investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Sugar Grove

Accident. Warren-based state police responded at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday to a one-vehicle accident on Creek Road. Police said the accident occurred as a known 17-year-old juvenile male from Jamestown, N.Y., was traveling south on Creek Road when his vehicle slid off the right shoulder of the roadway. Police said the driver counter-steered, causing the vehicle to slide in a counter-clockwise direction, cross both lanes of traffic before striking the left shoulder ditch. Police said the vehicle continued across the ditch, striking two trees with the passenger side, prior to coming to rest over an embankment. Police said the juvenile was wearing his seatbelt and received no injuries. Police said they are charging the juvenile with driving vehicle at safe speeds. Charges have been filed through District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Watson Twp.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded at 2 p.m. Tuesday to a one-vehicle accident on Route 62, east of Riverside Lane. Police said the accident occurred as Marian C. Dashner, 74, Tidioute, was traveling south on Route 62 near Tanbark Trail, when she attempted to negotiate a left-hand curve on the snow- and ice-covered road. Police said she lost control of her vehicle and crossed into the northbound lane striking an embankment. Police said Dashner was wearing her seatbelt and received no injuries.
