Warren

Disorderly conduct. Warren City police reported that at noon on Monday they were dispatched to the residence of Cody L. Hennessy, 14 W. Third Ave., for a domestic dispute. Police said they issued Hennessy a citation for disorderly conduct.

Bad checks. A criminal complaint was filed on Tuesday charging Pauline A. Waywell, Russell, after a check she wrote on Dec. 10 to Blue Ribbon Rentals in the amount of $6,336.70 was returned due to non-sufficient funds.

Aggravated indecent assault. Warren City police took Steven J. Miles into custody on Tuesday morning after an investigation into an incident that occurred at his residence on Jan. 1. Police said Miles allegedly had unwanted physical contact with a known female. Police said Miles was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released on $50,000 unsecured bond. Police said they are charging Miles with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday to a one-vehicle accident on Route 62, just south of Grunderville Road. Police said the accident occurred as Jeffrey L. Eisenman, 46, Tionesta, was traveling south on Route 62 when he began to slide on the snow- and slush-covered roadway. Police said Eisenman's vehicle traveled onto the western berm and continued to travel on the berm for approximately 165 feet before striking an address marker, mailbox and steps. The vehicle then traveled 27 feet onto an embankment striking its undercarriage. Eisenman, who was wearing his seatbelt was uninjured. Police said they are charging Eisenman with roadways laned for traffic.

Accidental shooting. Warren-based state police were called to Warren General Hospital at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday to investigate a report of an accidental shooting that occurred at the Kalbfus Club. According to police, during a trap shooting event one of the guns inadvertently discharged into the ground causing ground debris and pellets to strike four victims. All of the victims received minor injuries and went to Warren General Hospital for treatment. Police said an investigation revealed that the incident was accidental.
