A Warren man was sentenced to state prison for drug-related offenses during Warren County court proceedings Friday.
Judge Maureen Skerda sentenced Thomas R. Eaton, Jr., 21, 20 S. Carver St., to a total of 22 months to 5 years in a state correctional institution for possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.
Eaton was also ordered to pay $1,950 in fines and fees, $80 in restitution, DNA testing and drug and alcohol treatment.
Also sentenced Friday were:
Katie Ann Marie Alexander, 25, 320 Church St., Sheffield, to 45 days to 2 years minus 1 day in Warren County Jail with credit for 11 days served, 1 year of probation, follow a mental health regimen, parenting classes, 100 hours of community service and $650 in fines and fees for simple assault.
Diane M. Armstrong, 50, 151 W. Main St., Apt. 3, Youngsville, to 30 days to 6 months in Warren County Jail, a 12-month drivers license suspension, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and victim impact panel, follow a drug and alcohol regimen, undergo counseling, 30 hours of community service and $900 in fines and fees for DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16).
Timothy Alan Bean, 19, 322 Church St., Sheffield, to 11 months to 2 years minus 1 day in Warren County Jail with credit for 127 days served, 1 year of probation, sexual offenders' counseling, 90 hours of community service, no contact with the victim, DNA testing and $2,600 in fines and fees for statutory sexual assault.
Luke A. Conklin, 29, 127 N. South St., to 14 months to 7 years in a state correctional institution with credit for 86 days served, a 36-month drivers license suspension, 30 hours of community service, drug and alcohol counseling and $3,460 in fines and fees for DUI: controlled substance Schedule II or III, fleeing/attempting to elude police, reckless driving, period for required lighted lamps, stop signs and yield signs and restraint systems. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 6 months to 5 five years in a state correctional institution to be served concurrently, 30 hours of community service, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and victim impact panel, drug and alcohol counseling, an 18 month drivers license suspension and $2,250 in fines and fees for DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+).
Bradley Adam Cooper, 21, 102 Donnell St., to 2 years of probation, anger management, 60 hours of community service, no contact with the victim, $8,665.39 in restitution and $750 in fines and fees for simple assault.
Timothy Kyle Cruickshank, 44, 209 Market St., Apt. 402, to 7 months plus 15 days to 2 years minus 1 day in Warren County Jail, 1 year of probation, 190 hours of community service, drug and alcohol evaluation, drug and alcohol counseling, mental health evaluation and $1,050 in fines and fees for simple assault, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
William Henry Dunn, 50, 1506 Bull Hill Rd., Pittsfield, to 30 days to 6 months in Warren County Jail, a 12-month drivers license suspension, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and victim impact panel, counseling, join a self help group, a medical examination, 15 hours of community service and $1,105 in fines and fees for DUI: general impairment - incapable of safe driving with an accident and driving on right side of roadway.
Raymond John Fellows, 41, PO Box 11, Warren, to 6 months to 2 years minus 1 day in Warren County Jail with credit for time served, 1 year of probation, therapy, no contact with the victim, register under Megan's Law, DNA testing and $1,600 in fines and fees for indecent assault.
Jeffery L. Arthur Russell Gruber, Jr., 60, 13 Hazel St., to 30 days in Warren County Jail, 60 days of house arrest, 57 months of general supervision, an 18-month drivers license suspension, outpatient substance abuse counseling, attend NA and AA meetings, find a sponsor and home group, complete a 12-step program, attend and pay for the county's Highway Safety School and victim impact panel, 30 hours of community service and $2,350 in fines and fees for DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+).
Joshua Max Lambert, 24, 317 Morrison St., to 90 days to 2 years minus 1 day in Warren County Jail with credit for 65 days served, DNA testing, a sexual offender evaluation and treatment, no contact with the victim and $1,050 in fines and fees for indecent assault.
