14 enter pleas during County Court

Fourteen defendants entered pleas and warrants were issued for the arrest of two others Thursday during Warren County court activity before Judge Maureen Skerda.

Entering guilty pleas were:

Luke Ronald Devaney, 464 Prospect St., Apt. B, guilty to simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment.

Williams Edward Housler, 1202 Pennsylvania Ave. West, guilty to criminal trespass. Charges of burglary, criminal conspiracy - burglary, and terroristic threats were not prosecuted.

Gregg Martin Johnson, Union City, guilty to DUI: combined alcohol and drug - second offense; and careless driving. Charges of DUI: general impairment - second; DUI: combined alcohol and drug - second offense; and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

Steven M. Klark, 20 Bean Drive, guilty to bad checks. A charge of theft by deception was not prosecuted.

Courtney Thomas Morse, 217 Vine St. and Warren County jail, guilty to resisting arrest or other law enforcement; possession of drug paraphernalia; and DUI: controlled substance - Schedule I - second offense. Charges of false identification to law enforcement; possession of a controlled substance; possession of a small amount of marijuana; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; DUI: controlled substance - second offense; and sell or furnish liquor, malt, or brewed beverage to minor were not prosecuted.

William Allen Streit, 12 W. Third Ave., Apt. 2, guilty to failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.

Terry Lee Wagner, 9108 Route 6, P.O. Box 351, Tiona, guilty to simple assault. Charges of terroristic threats; and harassment were not prosecuted.

Christopher D. Whipple, 22 Keenan St., Clarendon, guilty to simple assault; obstructing administration of law or other governmental function; resisting arrest or other law enforcement; aggravated assault (injury to police officer); and simple assault. A charge of aggravated assault (injury to police officer) was not prosecuted.

Entering pleas of not guilty were:

Mark Allen Aites, 116 Muir St., charged with aggravated assault (serious injury to police officer); simple assault; and defiant trespass.

Charles Edward Jackson, Corry, charged with receiving stolen property.

Jessica Lamper, Jamestown, N.Y., charged with retail theft.

Jessica L. Martin, 324 Crescent Park, charged with theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered.

Alicia Louise Pape, 18 N. Irvine St., charged with two counts of retail theft.

Bonnie Rae Richards, 107 Sixth Ave., charged with possession of a controlled substance; and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bench warrants were issued for the following:

Jason A. Madigan, 107 Sixth Ave., charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance; and nine counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scott William Wagner, 1121 Spring St., charged with criminal mischief; recklessly endangering another person; and harassment.
