Seven defendants enter guilty pleas and charges were withdrawn against another during central court proceedings on Wednesday before District Justice Laura Bauer.
The following pleaded guilty:
Angela K. Buchleitner, 129 Jackson Run Rd., to one count each of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was withdrawn.
Robert T. Wingard, 9 Elm St., Apt. B, to one count of harassment. One count of simple assault was withdrawn.
Kyle Monroe Shorts, 956 Cobham Park Rd., to one count each of failing to stop and render aid and careless driving. One count of accident involving death or personal injury was withdrawn.
Hunter Ray Smith, 8 Mill St., Sheffield, to one count of marijuana small amount personal use. A charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
Jordan Alexander Mead, 109 Second St., Youngsville, to one count marijuana small amount personal use. A charge of use/possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
Jane E. Baran, 745 Fiddler Hill Rd., Youngsville, to one count of bad checks.
Clarence E. Mott, 124 N. Main St., Clarendon to one count of bad checks.
Charges were withdrawn against Elizabeth E. Mourer, 830 Old Pittsfield Rd., Pittsfield. She had been charged with one count of bad checks.
