Defiant trespass. Conewango Township police were dispatched to Walmart for a defiant trespass issue at 7:47 p.m. Feb. 8. Police met with loss prevention personnel who told them Jack D. Larson, 229 Pennsylvania Ave. W. Apt. #6 has a trespass order against him and he was located inside the store. Police made contact with Larson and obtained some general information while he was parked at Walmart. According to police, Larson is being charged with one count summary defiant trespass and charged have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer.
Columbus
Crash. Corry-based state police reported a driver was traveling a sharp right hand curve on Whites Corn S. Rd. at 9 p.m. Feb. 11. According to police, the driver lost control and struck a ditch causing the vehicle to roll onto it's left side. Police stated the primary violation was safe speed though driver was not charged and uninjured.
Conewango
Criminal mischief. Conewango Township police were dispatched to a past tense criminal mischief complaint at 119 Vine St. between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Feb. 11. Police met with Kurt Schwab, landlord, and he stated his tenant reported to him someone had broke the mailbox off of the residence. Police ask anyone with information to contact them.

Theft by unlawful taking. Conewango Township police were dispatched to a theft at Walmart at 2:40 p.m. Feb. 2. Police met with loss prevention personnel who stated that Laura A. Welch was working at Walmart and had taken a total amount of $500 from the register while she was working from Jan. 2012 until Feb. 2. According to police, Welch was subsequently charged with one count of misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking and charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer.
Crash. Conewango Township police were called to a one-car crash near 2277 Follett Run Rd. at 9:27 a.m. Feb. 11. According to police, April Tharp, 29, lost control of her vehicle while traveling on a down hill grade on Follett Run Rd., spun counter clockwise and impacted a ditch on the right side of the roadway, rendering her vehicle disabled. Police stated Tharp and her two passengers were uninjured.
Crash. Conewango Township Police were called to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Rt. 62 and the Value Home Center Plaza at 2:38 p.m. Feb. 11. Police reported Doug Bowers of Kane was traveling south on Rt. 62 and was attempting to turn right into the parking lot. According to police, Bower lost control during the turn and struck the guide wires of a utility pole and then struck an unoccupied parked vehicle owned by Julie Martin. Police stated no one was injured and information was exchanged prior to the arrival of police. Police said both vehicle sustained front-end damage and could be driven from the scene after Bower changed out his flat tire.
Crash. Conewango Township Police were called to a two-vehicle crash on Rt. 6 at Scott Run Rd. at 3:01 p.m. Feb. 11. Police reported Catrine Leamon, 36, Youngsville, was traveling west on Rt. 6 and rear-ended a vehicle driven by Carol French. According to police, French was attempting to turn right onto Scott Run Rd. and began to slide. Police stated Leamon, who was being passed by a tractor-trailer, attempted to avoid French but rear-ended her. Police said a passenger in French's vehicle was taken to Warren General Hospital by Youngsville Ambulance, assisted by Emergycare, with head and neck pain and was treated and released. Police reported Starbrick Volunteer Fire Department assisted as well.
Crash. Conewango Township police were called to a one car crash at 617 Follett Run Rd. at 2:22 p.m. Feb. 11. Police reported Melissa Castillo, 33, Clarendon, was traveling down Follett Run Rd. and lost control of her vehicle at a left hand curve. According to police, her vehicle went off the roadway to the right, struck two mailboxes and then impacted a tree, which disabled her vehicle. Police stated Castillo was uninjured. Police said Castillo was found at fault for the crash for traveling too fast for conditions.
Disorderly conduct. Conewango Township police were called to Walmart by a couple that were confronted by Rusty Ingerson, 34, Sugar Grove and Tika Smith, 25, Sugar Grove while waiting in a check out line. According to police, Ingerson and Smith were recklessly violent and tumultuous toward the couple as reported by at least one third party witness as the actions caused a public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm. Following an investigation by police which included video surveillance and witness statements, Ingerson and Smith were both cited with a summary violation of disorderly conduct.
Crash. Conewango Township police were contacted by a couple who reported the were rear ended on Rt. 62 north at the intersection of Follett Run Rd. at 11:20 a.m. Feb. 12. According to police, a description of the offender and vehicle and registration were obtained and passed onto police. Police stated with the assistance of Kane Police Department, Tammie Antonuccio, 33, Kane, was located and identified as the driver of the hit and run vehicle. Police said Antonuccio was cited with leaving the scene of a crash.
Farmington
Crash. Warren-based state police reported Amanda M. Irwin, 27, Sugar Grove, was driving a 2000 Plymouth Voyager south on Rt. 69 at 1:55 p.m. Feb. 11. According to police, the vehicle struck a pothole located on the western edge of the roadway. Police stated the Voyager began to slide on the snow covered roadway. Police said the vehicle traveled approximately 180 feet within the southbound lane prior to leaving the roadway. Police reported the Voyager traveled approximated 60 feet in a southwest direction entering a ditch. According to police, the vehicle's front end dropped into the ditch. Police stated the Voyager flipped over in a rear to front fashion. Police said the vehicle slid approximately 20 feet coming to rest on its roof and facing north in the ditch.
Freehold
Crash. Corry-based state police reported Logan S. Head, 18, 150 Center St., Bear Lake, was driving a 2002 Ford F-150 downhill westbound on Rt. 957 at 7:55 a.m. Feb. 11 when he lost control due to the condition of the road being snow covered. According to police, the vehicle went off the north side of the road into a yard and was sliding in a counterclockwise direction before hitting a large tree with its right rear passenger side. Police stated the vehicle then turned in a clockwise direction and went across the end of a driveway and came to rest facing west in the yard on the other side of the driveway. Police said the F-150 received disabling damage to the rear passenger side and was towed from the scene. Police reported Wrightsville Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
Crash. Corry-based state police reported Dana W. Goodwill, 24, Corry, was driving a 2008 Silverado 1500 east on Rt. 6 at 5:33 a.m. Feb. 11. According to police, Goodwill attempted to pass another vehicle and when returning to her lane lost control of the Silverado. Police stated the vehicle then traveled through a grassy area striking an embankment before striking a tree.
