Criminal mischief. Corry-based State Police reported that Justin Lee Price, 21, Katelin Marie Ellsworth, 18, and two known female juveniles, all from Corry, have been charged with 12 counts of criminal mischief, 12 counts of cinspiracy to commit criminal mischief, nine counts of criminal trespass, and one count of harassment stemming from an incident where they allegedly spray painted graffiti at multiple locations in Erie, Crawford, and Warren Counties in April of 2011. Damages were estimated to be in excess of $4,000. Charges were fileed through District Justice Southwick on Price and Ellsworth and charges against the two juveniles were filed with the Erie County Juvenile Probation Department.
