James Munksgard and Debra Hawks, both of Warren, together with Jody Brown and Mr. and Mrs. James Brown, all of Virginia, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, James Munksgard and Stephanie Brown.
Stephanie is a 1999 graduate of Thomas Dale High School and attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va. She is a 911 dispatcher for Chesterfield County, Va. Jim is a 2002 graduate of Warren Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Edinboro University with a degree in criminal justice. He is a police officer in Chesterfield, Va.
An Oct. 6, 2012, wedding is planned in Chester, Va.
