Elmquist-Johnson

Jenelle Elmquist and Zane Johnson were united in marriage on Aug. 13, 2011, at First Lutheran Church, Warren. The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Jeff Ewing and Pastor David Blank. Escorted down the aisle by her father, Walt Elmquist, the bride wore a satin ruched trumpet gown.

Matron of honor was Kelly Johnson, aunt of the bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Gazdak, Cassandra Johnson, Ashley Leichtenberger, Natalie Arnold and Stacy Cronmiller. Junior bridesmaid was Kalen Johnson. Loralei Johnson was flower girl.

Best man was Walter Elmquist, groom's friend and brother-in-law. Groomsmen were Bryan Gould, Nicholas Johnson, Kevin Welsh, Alex Grubbs and Stephen Orinko. Junior groomsman was Austin Pierson. Jack Chapman was ringbearer. Ushers were Dan Elmquist and Brian Pierson.

Bob and Suellen Johnson, parents of the groom, hosted the rehearsal dinner at the Sheffield Lions Club. Following the ceremony, Walt and Cindy Elmquist, parents of the bride, hosted the reception at the White Swan Ballroom. Master and mistress of ceremonies were Brian and Tracy Pierson, bride's aunt and uncle.

The bride, a 2004 graduate of Sheffield High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, is a substitute teacher for Warren and Kane school districts. Her husband, a 2003 graduate of Sheffield High School and a 2004 graduate of the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute of Orlando, Fla., is currently employed by Edgen Murray as a business developer.

The couple resides in Sheffield.
