Warren

Public drunkenness. Police issued citations at 12:42 p.m. on Sunday after Kenneth W. Johnson, Warren, and Jeffrey L. Crutchfield, Warren, caused a disturbance on Buchanan St.

Disorderly conduct. Police issued a citation to Rose M. McEvoy, 916 Lincoln Ave. Apt. A, after officers were dispatched to her residence at 2:05 a.m. on Monday for a loud music complaint.

Resisting arrest. Police reported that at 3:15 a.m. on Sunday they received a complaint of a domestic dispute at the Super 8 Motel, 204 Struthers St. Police took Randy R. Yaegle, New Brighton, Pa., into custody and are charging him with resisting arrest, selling/furnishing liquor to minors, disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief and public drunkenness. Police are also charging Nicole L. Moore, 20, New Brighton, Pa., with underage drinking.

Possesion drug paraphernalia. A criminal complaint was filed on Tuesday charging Jessica E. Neizmik, Warren County Jail, after she was taken into custody at 3:10 a.m. on Jan. 20 for an arrest warrant. At that time Neizmik was in possesion of two pen tubes that she had admitted to using to inhale bath salts.

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Justin Lee Ortega, 22, Warren, at 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Ortega was arrested on a bench warrant for charges of disorderly conduct and hazardous physical offenses. Ortega was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson where he was remanded to the Warren County Jail.

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Cheryl Leonard, 36, Warren, at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Leonard was arrested on a bench warrant for charges of compulsory attendance failure to send a child to school and driving while operating privileges were revoked. Leonard was taken before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth where she paid her fines and costs and was released.

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Michelle Renee Hartman, 26, Warren, at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. Hartman was arrested on a bench warrant for charges of traffic violations. Hartman was taken before District Justice Duane Quinn, Clarion, where she was released pending further court action.

Triumph Twp.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded at 10 a.m. on Sunday to a hit and run accident on Route 127. Police said the accident occurred as an unknown driver was traveling south Route 127, when they crested a hill and crossed over the left should of the roadway and struck numerous mailboxes. The driver continued south and crossed back over the right shoulder of the roadway, subsequently striking two wooden fences located at the end of a private drive. The driver then fled the scene. A witness who observed the accident described the vehicle as a Chevy 1500 single cab pick-up between the years of 1999 and 2000 with a Pa. registration. The vehicle would have damage to the driver side front bumper/grill, headlight/turn signal, driver door and rear quarter panel area. The operator was described at a white female, early to mid twenties with shoulder length blonde/red hair.

Howe Twp.

Aggravated assault. Marienville-based state police reported that at 6 p.m. on Saturday an incident occurred at Geo Abraxas where two juvenile male suspects, 18 and 17 years of age physically assaulted two staff members, John Shane Rhoades, 28, Warren, and James Jay Silvis Jr., 31, Tionesta. Charges are pending.

Clarendon

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Garland D. Haines Jr., 46, Clarendon, at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Haines was arrested on a bench warrants for charges of driving while operating privileges were revoked. Haines was taken before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth where he was remanded to the Warren County Jail.

Youngsville

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Amanda K. Craker, 21, Youngsville, at 10 a.m. on Jan. 27. Craker was arrested on a bench warrant for charges of driving while operating privileges were revoked and disorderly conduct while engaged in fighting. Craker was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson where she was turned over to the Warren County Sheriff's Dept. for further arrest warrants.

Lafayette Twp.

Accident. Kane-based state police responded at 3:56 p.m. on Saturday on Route 770, just west of Forest Rd. Police said the accident occurred as a 16-year-old female, Russell, was traveling east on Route 770 when she lost control of her vehicle on the snow covered roadways. The vehicle exited the roadway on the south berm and struck a telephone pole. After striking the telephone pole the vehicle continued to travel down an embankment, coming to it's final rest in a ditch. Both the driver, whose name was not released and her passenger, Samantha H. Bevevino, 18, Warren, were wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured. Police are charging the driver with roadways laned for traffic.
