Defendants enter pleas

Three defendants entered pleas during Warren County court proceedings on Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Entering pleas were:

Steven M. Klark, 308 Pine St., guilty to two counts of theft by deception; two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition; endangering the welfare of a child; and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. Additional charges including 10 counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition; 18 counts of theft by deception; 14 counts of bad checks; DUI: controlled substances - first offense; endangering the welfare of a child; and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Angela Fern Henry, 9 Hinkle St., guilty to forgery. A charge of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

Daniel Patrick Dougherty, Warren County jail, guilty to indecent assault. Charges of rape of a child; and aggravated indecent assault of a child were not prosecuted.
