Four defendants entered guilty pleas, four entered not-guilty pleas; and bench warrants were issued for the arrest of two others during Warren County arraignment court proceedings Thursday before Judge Gregory Hammond.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Angela K. Buchleitner, Warren County jail, guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Five additional counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
Brett E. W. Johnson, 94 Perrin Lane, Pittsfield, guilty to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault; flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment; recklessly endangering another person; and harassment were not prosecuted.
Steven M. Klark, Warren County jail, guilty to three counts of theft by deception; and bad checks. Additional charges of 25 counts of bad checks; and 23 counts of theft by deception were not prosecuted.
Adam R. Rodgers, 971 Yankee Bush Road, guilty to two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer; driving on roadways laned for traffic; two counts of stop signs and yield signs; two counts of turning movements and required signals; driving without lights to avoid identification or arrest; two counts of reckless driving; driving vehicle at safe speed; and maximum speed limits. Additional charges of recklessly endangering another person; traffic control signals; limitations on overtaking on the left; no passing zones; two counts of duty of driver on approach of emergency vehicle; three counts of driving vehicle at safe speed; five counts of careless driving; three counts of maximum speed limits; five counts of driving on roadways laned for traffic; four counts of stop signs and yield signs; eight counts of turning movements and required signals; nine counts of driving without lights to avoid identification or arrest; and two counts of reckless driving were not prosecuted.
The following entered pleas of not guilty:
David Alan Lindstrom, 80 River Valley Road, Irvine, charged with DUI: highest rate of alcohol - first offense; DUI: general impairment - first offense; stop signs and yield signs; and failure to yield at yield sign.
Michelle L. Minnis, 67 Ford St., Youngsville, charged with aggravated assault with injury to police officer; resisting arrest or other law enforcement; and two counts of simple assault.
Heather Jane Tremblay, 1436 Dutch Hill Road, charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition; and receiving stolen property.
Joseph Aaron Windham, 800 Holly St., Apt. 1, charged with theft by unlawful taking; and disorderly conduct.
Bench warrants were issued for the arrests of:
Tobin Joseph Farr, 410 1/2 Hazel St., charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Charles Edward Jackson, Corry, charged with receiving stolen property.
