OIL CITY - Oil City jumped out to a 6-0 lead and 17-11 first quarter en route to a 48-40 win over Eisenhower in Wednesday at Oil City High School.
"We missed some easy shots again; we missed some inside shots," said Eisenhower coach Mike Logue, whose Knights are 4-10 overall. Oil City, which lost to the Knights at Eisenhower earlier, is 4-11.
"Late in the game, we had it down to two or three points ... and Hall hit a 3-pointer in transition to bring them back up."
Kristen Williams led Eisenhower with 11 points.
"We're improving every game," said Logue. "As young as we are ... we're learning."

Tidioute Charter dropped to 0-10 on the season after a 52-10 loss to McDowell B Tuesday at Tidioute Community Charter School.
Loralee Lindemuth and Robbi Kightlinger were the only Bulldogs to score during the outing, finishing with five points apiece.
TCCS will look for its first win of the season Saturday when it travels to A.C. Valley.
