Warren

Harassment. Warren City police said they cited Joseph A. Williams, Warren, after officers were dispatched to his residence at 2:15 a.m. Wednesday for a domestic.

Conewango Twp.

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Jebediah Robinson, 24, 94 Allegheny Dr., at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. Constables served a bench warrant for game law violations issued by District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth. Robinson was taken before Lindemuth and then remanded to the Warren County Jail.

Farmington Twp.

Domestic disturbance. Warren-based state police responded to Wilson Road at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police said an 18-year-old female was involved in a physical altercation with Shawn Moore, 22. Police said the female suffered minor injuries and Moore was arrested for simple assault and harassment. Moore was taken before District Justice Laura Bauer.

Sugar Grove

Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Jennifer Hazeltine, 36, at noon Wednesday. Constables served a bench warrant for cruelty to animals issued by District Justice Glenn Carlson. Hazeltine was arrested and taken before Carlson where she paid $1,212.96 in fines and costs then released.

Youngsville

Theft. Youngsville Borough police have charged two male juveniles for stealing money and an Ipod from lockers at Youngsville High School on Monday, Jan. 9. Police were called by students/ players on the boys basketball team, stating they had money and one Ipod taken from their unlocked locker during a game between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. Police said they have charged two 15-year-old boys for the thefts. Charges have been filed with Juvenile Probation.

Disorderly conduct. Youngsville Borough police said they were contacted by officials at Youngsville High School at 12:45 p.m. Jan. 6 to report a 16-year-old boy was overheard talking about bringing a firearm to school. Police said he threatened to harm students from another school. A staff member and student who overheard the threat stated they believed it to be a joke. Police said the student has been charged with disorderly conduct for making the threat. Charges were filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth's office.
