Pleas entered during county court proceedings

Twenty-five people entered guilty pleas Monday during plea court proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Adam Troy Anderson, 21 1/2 S. Carver St., to obstructing administration of law; one count of criminal conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to deliver and nine counts of criminal conspiracy possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Bradley Benson Burns, 867 Carrier Rd., Columbus, to DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC.10-.16); DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Oscar J. Curtis, 116 Charles St., Export, Pa., to DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC.16+) and public drunkenness; DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.

Matthew James Gray, 218 N. Carver St., to two counts of theft by unlawful taking; four counts of forgery, four counts of theft by deception, and two counts of criminal attempt were not prosecuted.

Scott H. Grubbs, 501 Rt. 948, Sheffield, to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic; a charge of restriction on alcoholic beverages was not prosecuted.

Garland Dale Haines, 127 Spruce Court, to simple assault; a charge of harassment was not prosecuted.

Brittany Nicole Hannah, 222 McKinley St., Jamestown, N.Y., to criminal mischief; a charge of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

Brittany Nicole Hannah, 222 McKinley St., Jamestown, N.Y., to theft by unlawful taking or disposition; charges of burglary and criminal conspiracy were not prosecuted.

Brittany Nicole Hannah, 222 McKinley St., Jamestown, N.Y., to receiving stolen property; two charges of criminal conspiracy and a charge of receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

Daniel A. Harkins, 6660 Matthews Run Rd., Sugar Grove, to purchase, consumption, possession, transport of liquor; four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and four counts of corruption of minors were not prosecuted. Harkins was ordered to pay court costs and a fine of $25.

Thomas Newell Houck, 13108 Putnam Rd., Conneaut Lake, to possession with intent to deliver; a count of possession of a small amount of marijuana was not prosecuted.

Karen A. Matie, 677 Jackson Run Rd., to DUI: general impairment (BAC .08-.10); a count of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving was not prosecuted.

Samantha Ann McGaughey, 16 Creekwood Drive, to retail theft.

Beau Tylor Jon McKown, 1866 Rt. 62, Irvine, to burglary; two counts of criminal trespass, two counts of criminal conspiracy, two counts of possessing instruments of crime, two counts of criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and burglary were not prosecuted. McKown was ordered to pay full restitution. In another case, McKown was ordered to pay full restitution; a count of burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief were not prosecuted. Michele Nicole McMichael, 131 Marsh Ave., Youngsville, to DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and careless driving; two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, tire equipment and traction surfaces, notice of change of name or address, restriction on alcoholic beverages, general lighting requirements and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Diane Messinger, 275 Williams Rd., Cooperstown, to bad checks.

Cheri L. Morgan, 223 1/2 Green St., Kane, to DUI: controlled substance impaired ability and careless driving; counts of driving on roadways laned for traffic, depositing waste and other material on highway and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Cheri Lynn Morgan, 701 Smithfield Ave., Kane, to retail theft.

Donald William Okeefe, 419 Rankin St., to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; counts of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), careless driving, notice of change of name or address, driving on right side of roadway, tire equipment and traction surfaces, driving vehicle at safe speed and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Sandra L. Pape, 212 S. Main St., Clarendon, to possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communication facility; three counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal conspiracy manufacture, delivery, possession with intent to deliver and a count of endangering the welfare of a child were not prosecuted. Pape was ordered to pay all lab fees on all counts.

Bjorn M. Rindahl, 10044 Rt. 337, Tidioute, to possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI: controlled substance schedule one; three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a count of possession of a small amount of marijuana were not prosecuted.

Richard W. Sturdevant, 13 Madison Ave., Apt. 3, guilty as charged to simple assault.

Sierra L. Tannler, 114 Canton St., to possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted. Tannler was ordered to pay lab fees for all counts.

Teresa Ann Weber, 611 Busti-Sugar Grove Rd., Jamestown, N.Y., to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving refusal and general lighting requirements; counts of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages were not prosecuted.

Steven Joseph Wedge, 4158 Comstock Rd., Penn Yan, N.Y., to DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10), driver required to be licensed, trespass by motor vehicle and driving while under suspension; DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, criminal mischief, selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverage to minor, careless driving, restriction on alcoholic beverages and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Randy S. Wertz, 381 Abraham Hollow Rd., Youngsville, to careless driving and DUI: general impairment incapable of safe drive refusal; DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, notice of change of name or address, and driving on right side of roadway were not prosecuted.

Elizabeth Ann Wilcox, 601 W. St., to DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and driving on roadways laned for traffic; counts of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving and driving while under suspension were not prosecuted.

Faith Ellen Worster, 190 Dey Lane, P.O. Box 94, Garland, guilty as charged to bad check. In another case, two counts of bad checks were not prosecuted. Worster was ordered to pay full restitution.

Jacob Daniel Wurst, 945 Gregerson Rd., Clarendon, to simple assault. A count of harassment was not prosecuted.
