Five individuals pleaded guilty and charges were withdrawn against another during central court proceedings before District Justice Glenn Carlson on Wednesday.
Charges were withdrawn against Amanda Lynn Flatt, 2012 1/2 Pennsylvania Avenue W. She had been charged with simple assault and harassment.
The following pleaded guilty:
Daniel Reed Flatt, 13 Sunset Dr., to one count of harassment. A charge of selling obscene/sexual material was withdrawn.
Cody James Haines, 432 Lookout St., to one count of criminal mischief - damage property.
Charles L. Stillwell, 85 Mill St., Sheffield, to one count of harassment - subjecting another to physical contact. Charges of simple assault and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another were withdrawn.
Jeremiah Scott Kay, 123 Wilderness Park, Clarendon, to one count of harassment - subjecting another to physical contact. A charge of simple assault was withdrawn.
Patrick Stanbro, 1227 Greeley St., Bear Lake, to one count of harassment - subjecting another to physical contact. a charge of simple assault was withdrawn.
