Bad check. Police reported that on Oct. 7, 2011, Kelly D. Wadsworth, Clarendon, wrote a check to Blue Ribbon Rentals in the amount of $187, knowing that she did not have enough money in her account to cover the check. The check subsequently bounced. As a result of the violation Conewango Twp. police charged Wadsworth with a summary violation of bad checks.
Bad check. Police reported that on Nov. 17, 2011, Robert Clever, Sugar Grove, wrote a check to Blue Ribbon Rentals in the amount of $140, know that he did not have enough money in his account to cover the check. The check subsequently bounced. As a result of the violation Conewango Twp. police charged Clever with a summary violation of bad checks.
Bad checks. Police reported that on August 19, 2010, Athena Rosequist, Warren, wrote 2 checks in the amounts of $273.09 and $161.22 at Blue Ribbon Rentals, knowing that she did not have enough money in her account to cover the checks. The checks subsequently bounced. As a result of the violation Conewango Twp. police charged Rosequist with 2 counts of misdemeanor bad checks.

Police reported that on Nov. 12, 2011, Nikki Valdez, Clarendon, wrote a check in the amount of $200 at Blue Ribbon Rentals, knowing that she did not have enough money in her account to cover the check. The check subsequently bounced. As a result of the violation Conewango Twp. police charged Valdez with 1 count of misdemeanor bad checks.
Bad checks. Police reported that on July 26, 2011 and Sept. 20, 2011, Stacey Babyak, Warren, wrote 2 checks in the amounts of $681.53 and $432.20 at Blue Ribbon Rentals, knowing that she did not have enough money in her account to cover the checks. The checks subsequently bounced. As a result of the violation Conewango Twp. police charged Babyak with 2 counts of misdemeanor bad checks.
Bad check. Police reported that on Jan. 3, 2011 Karen Lee Denardi, Warren, wrote a check out in the amount of $306 at Blue Ribbon Rentals, knowing that she did not have enough money in her account to cover the check. The check subsequently bounces. As a result of the violation Conewango Twp. police charged Denardi with 2 counts of misdemeanor bad checks.
Warren
Bad check. A criminal complaint was filed on Monday charging Austin D. Labarr, last known address 418 Laurel St., after he issued a check on Dec. 10, 2011 for $400 for his monthly rent at 4 Second Ave. Apt. #6 was returned marked non-sufficient funds.
Arrest. Warren County Sheriffs Deputies arrested Donald Fink Jr., 24, Warren, at 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the Warren County Court House. Fink was arrested on a supervisors warrant for violating his parole issued by the Warren County Adult Probation Department. Fink's original charge is contraband/non-controlled substance. Fink was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action.
