Warren

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police cited Scott T. Leach, 225 Pa. Ave. W Apt. 303, at 6:04 p.m. on Saturday. Police said they observed Leach stumble and fall in the snow at the intersection of Pa. Ave. and Conewango Ave. Leach was released to a responsible family member.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City Police cited Justin L. Ortega, 500 Beech St., at 11:18 p.m. Friday. Police were dispatched to Buchanan St. where Ortega has entered a parked vehicle without permission causing alarm to the owner.

Pleasant Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police responded to Warren Manor where Jennifer Wilcox, 34, Youngsville, reported a theft. Police said a known female, 24, Warren, allegedly took 4 pills belonging to Wilcox sometime between Friday and Saturday. The suspect then logged that she administered the pills, but Wilcox claims they were not. The investigation continues.

Youngsville

Hit-and-run. Youngsville Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occured sometime between Friday and Saturday. Police said an unknown vehicle struck the pedestrian crossing signals at the intersection of Old Pittsfield Road and Rt. 6. Anyone with information is asked to contact Youngsville Police at 563-3500.

Hit-and-run. Youngsville Police responded to reports that a tractor trailer struck the Railroad Crossing Signal at the intersection of Old Pittsfield road causing significant damage at 4:27 p.m. Monday. The tractor trailer then fled the scene and was located in Pittsfield township. Driver Rolando Leyva, Bronx, NY, was charged with Leaving the scene and Careless driving. Charges will be filed with District Justice Lindemuth. Warren-based state police assisted at the scene.
