Warrant arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Bonnie R. Richards, 32, 107 6th Ave., at 2:30 a.m. Saturday on an arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Constables and Warren City Police arrested Richards and took her before District Justice Lindemuth. Richards was remanded to the Warren County Jail on $75,000 bond.
Warrant arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested William A. Streit, 24, 8 Dartmouth St., at 1 p.m. Friday on an arrest warrant for a Megan's Law violation, failure to notify change of address. Constables arrested Streit and took him before District Justice Carlson. Streit was remanded to the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bond.
Warrant arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Jason A. Madigan, 42, 107 6th Ave., at 2:30 a.m. Saturday on an arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Constables and Warren City Police arrested Madigan and took him before District Justice Lindemuth. Madigan was remanded to the Warren County Jail on $75,000 bond.
Clarendon
Criminal trespass. Warren-based state police responded to a private residence on Terrace Haven Drive where a known 57 yr old male reported an incident of criminal trespass. Police said sometime between 6 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Friday someone attempted to break a lock at the victim's residence. The actors were unsuccessful and fled without detection. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police.
Conewango Twp.
Warrant arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Mikki T. Pierce, 23, 63 Houghton Ave., Sheffield, at 3:30 p.m. Sunday on an arrest warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Constables arrested Pierce in Conewango township and took her before District Justice Lindemuth. Pierce was remanded to the Warren County Jail on $75,000 bond.
Farmington Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 957 at 12:30 p.m. Friday. Police said Melissa D. Moore, 45, Warren, was operating her 2010 Chevy Malibu traveling east on Rt. 957 when it left the roadway and slid off onto the eastbound berm. The Malibu then slid onto a tree that was lying on the ground and came to rest 60 ft from were it left the roadway. Moore was transported to Warren General Hospital for minor injuries by Sugar Grove VFD. Sugar Grove and Lander VFD assisted on the scene. Police charged Moore with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Freehold Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 958 at 2:20 p.m. Saturday. Police said David C. Elliot, 28, North Canton, Oh., was operating a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with passenger, Kristin L. Toth, 30, North Canton, Ohio. The Dodge was northbound on Rt. 958 when Elliot lost control while negotiating a left hand curve, traveling off the west side of the roadway and struck a tree with the left side of the vehicle. Elliot and Toth received minor injuries and police have charged Elliot with driving at unsafe speeds and a seatbelt violation. Wrightsville VFD assisted on the scene.
Mead Twp.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rt. 59 east of Wolf Run Marina at 12:58 p.m. Friday. Police said Andrew S. Hughes, 24, Bradford, was operating a '92 Ford F150 traveling eastbound on Rt. 59 when he lost control on the snow and slush. The Ford crossed the center line into the westbound lane and struck the guide rail along the shoulder. Clarendon VFD provided traffic control. Hughes was charged with roadways laned for traffic.
Terroristic threats. Warren-based state police are investigating a domestic violence incident in Tiona on Rt. 6 that occurred Friday between 9 and 10 p.m. Police said the subject is a known male who is alleged to have threatened a crime of violence against the victim a known female. The male is also alleged to have choked her causing injury and otherwise subjected her to physical contact. The investigation continues.
Pittsfield Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based state police responded to a camp on Moore Lane where Richard J. Feeney, 61, Erie, reported a burglary. Police said sometime between July 1 and August 30 between 3 and 11 p.m. someone entered the camp by kicking in the front door. During a separate investigation a night vision scope was recovered. The investigation remains open, charges in this case to be filed in the near future.
Simple assault. Warren-based state police are investigating a simple assault that occurred in the area of Coovers Crossing Road Sunday between 4 and 6 a.m. Police said the victim a known 15 yr old was assaulted by a known 17 yr old female and a known male.
Simple assault. Warren-based state police responded to the area of Coovers Crossing Road where a known 19 yr old male of Tidioute was punched in the face. The blow knocked the male to the ground and then he was struck several more times in the face on Sunday between 4 and 5:30 a.m. Anyone with information pertaining to this investigation is asked to contact Warren-based state police.
DUI/ crash. Warren-based state police responded to Rt. 27 at its intersection with Marshianne Road in Garland at 6:22 a.m. Sunday. Police said Mitchell Kist, 19, Tidioute, was traveling westbound on Rt. 27 when he drifted across the eastbound lane striking a guide rail and rolling over, coming to rest on its roof. Police arrived at the scene and upon contact with Kist found him to be under the influence of alcohol. Kist was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to WGH for treatment of minor injury. Kist's vehicle suffered disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Spring Creek Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based state police responded to a camp on Blue Eye Road where Samuel J. Baker, 37, Spring Creek, reported a burglary. Police said sometime between May 15 and Oct. 27, 2011 someone entered the camp undetected. During a separate investigation a ring belonging to Baker was recovered. The investigation remains open, charges in this case will be filed in the near future.
Watson Twp.
Drug possession. Warren-based state police assisted by the U.S. Forest Service and the Warren City Police responded to a residence located along the Hearts Content Road to investigate a report of a distraught individual. Police took the subject into custody without incident and a subsequent search warrant on the residence was conducted. It was later learned that the suspected drugs and paraphernalia that were seized in the residence were the property of Keith D. Fedorchick, 21, and Barbara A. Streich, 51. Fedorchick was charged with one count each of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Streich was charged with one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed at District Justice Lindemuth's office in Youngsville.
