Tiffany Ann Morse and James Robert Wightman of Tidioute have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Courtney and Melissa Morse, Warren. He is the son of Terry Wightman, Youngsville, and Darryl Kring, Sheffield.
The bride-to-be graduated in 2008 from Eisenhower High School and in 2010 from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh. She is a veterinary technician at the Warren Veterinary Hospital in Starbrick. Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Tidioute High School and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia Wood Tech Center. He is employed at ITL Endeavor Lumber Company.
