Harold and Diane Bloomgren are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Maggie Diane, to James Michael Upshaw, son of Eddie and Pei Sah Upshaw. An outdoor ceremony at the home of the bride's parents is planned for June 23, 2012.
