James and Catherine Confer of Ludlow and John and Karen Eggleston of Warren have announced the engagement of their children, Christina Marie Armstrong and John "Jack" Francis Eggleston of 1969 Jackson Ave., Warren. An Aug. 10, 2012, wedding is planned in Ludlow.
