Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables reported that they arrested Brandy Lynn Markham, 206 Station Lane, Warren, on Dec. 8 at 10 p.m. on bench warrants for two counts of driving while under suspension, failure to restrain a child in a vehicle, defiant trespass, and other vehicle code violations. The warrant was issued by District Justice Arthur Zerbe and Markham was taken before District Justice George Gregory and remanded to the Warren County Jail. Conewango Township Police assisted in the apprehension.
Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables reported that they arrested Jason Allen Seybert, 33, 118 North Irvine St, Warren on December 8 at 7 p.m. on bench warrants for defiant trespass and driving under suspension. The warrants were issued by District Justice Laura Bauer and District Justice Arthur Zerbe. Once apprehended, he was taken before District Justice Gregory and released on bail.
