A plea agreement was reached, four people entered guilty pleas, six entered not guilty pleas, and two bench warrants were issued last Thursday during arraignment court proceedings before Judge Maureen Skerda.
The following entered a plea agreement:
Jeremy Michael Anthony, State Correctional Institution in Huntingon, Pa., pleaded guilty to five counts of harassment and was sentenced to a state correctional institution for three to six months for five concurrent terms, $1,000 in fines and fees, ordered to undergo sexual offender and mental health counseling, and was ordered to have no contact with the victim. Five charges of harassment were not prosecuted. Anthony also entered one guilty plea to a charge of simple assault and harassment.
The following entered guilty pleas:
Derek Andrew Edling, Warren County Jail, to receiving stolen property; a count of burglary was not prosecuted.
Garland Dale Haines, 127 Spruce Court, to criminal mischief; two counts of criminal mischief were not prosecuted. Haines was ordered to pay restitution.
Jessica Hernandez, 508 E. 5th St., Jamestown, N,Y., to retail theft.
Matthew Blake Vanarsdale, 295 Meadow St., Meadville, to two charges of theft by unlawful taking; a charge of criminal mischief and two charges of burglary were not prosecuted. Vanarsdale was ordered to pay full restitution.
The following entered not guilty pleas:
David Thomas Blaisdell, 31115 Rt. 6, Pittsfield, charged with accidents involving death or personal injury, display of registration plate, driver required to be licensed, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving serious bodily injury, restraint systems and tire equipment and traction surfaces.
William Henry Dunn, 309 Six Mile Rd., P.O. Box 134, Tiona, charged with DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16), driving on right side of roadway, driving vehicle at safe speed.
Andrew Martin Irvine, 50 Irvine Lane, Pittsfield, charged with two counts of criminal conspiracy.
Bonnie Rae Richards, 15 W. Third Ave., charged with retail theft.
Levi Joseph Shafer, 4510 Route 27, Pittsfield, charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and receiving stolen property.
Levi Joseph Shafer, 4510 Route 27, Pittsfield, charged with two counts of criminal conspiracy.
Levi Joseph Shafer, 4510 Route 27, Pittsfield, charged with burglary and criminal trespass.
Levi Joseph Shafer, 4510 Route 27, Pittsfield, charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Randy S. Wertz, 381 Abraham Hollow Rd., Youngsville, charged with DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, notice of change of name or address, driving on right side of the roadway, careless driving, DUI: general impairment incapable of safe drive refusal.
A bench warrant was issued for the following:
John C. Gadley, 137 Terra Cotta Rd., Johnsonburg, charged with identity theft, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and criminal attempt.
Travis Lynn Winslow, 700 Roosevelt Ave., Sykesville, Pa., charged with theft by unlawful taking.
