Crash. Corry-based state police responded to Rt. 957 just east of Rt. 553 at 8:40 p.m. Thursday. Police said Kristina L. White, 38, Corry, was operating her '03 Chevy Impala, traveling west bound on Rt. 957, cresting a hill when she observed a vehicle facing east, stopped in the center of the roadway. In order to avoid impact White swerved to the right and then left exiting the left side of the roadway entering a ditch facing west. White was transported to the Corry Hospital for treatment of injuries of unknown severity by the Corry Ambulance. Police have charged White with driving too fast for conditions.
