Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Rt 6 just east of Dutchman Run Rd. at 5:45 a.m. Thursday. Police said Kenneth D. Rockwell, 54, Sheffield, was operating his '98 Chevy Metro, traveling west on Rt 6 when he made initial impact with the front undercarriage of the Metro and a dead deer that was lying in the road. After initial impact the Metro came to final rest along the west bound berm with the front of the Metro facing west. Rockwell was uninjured.
