Criminal mischief. Warren-based State Police reported that an unknown individual threw bricks at mailboxes belonging to Danielle Albaugh, Tim Kinander, and Kimberly Raner, all of Sugar Grove, during the night of October 16. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Warren State Police.
