Theft of services. Warren-based State Police reported that an unknown individual placed a box of scrap Armstrong Pinehurst 12x12 ceiling tiles and a stereo system into the dumpster of Scott Rafalski without his permission during the night of October 16. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Warren State Police.
