Emily Marie Tannler and Nicholas Thomas Bailey have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Jim and Stephanie Tannler of Warren. He is the son of Darla and Rick Heckathorn of Warren and Tom Bailey of Youngsville.
The bride-to-be graduated in 2004 from Warren Area High School and in 2006 from Erie Business Center. She is a COBRA Administrator at Benefit Administrators, Inc., in Erie.
Her fiance graduated from Warren in 2003 and from Triangle Tech in 2005. He works at Ellwood National Crankshaft.
