Northwest Savings Bank made a $20,222 donation to the Warren/Forest Higher Education Council on Friday. Hi-Ed Executive Director Joan Stitzinger said the funds will be used to benefit students in kindergarten through 12th grade in the Warren County School District, mainly through the School to Work Program.
