Warrant service. Warren-based state police arrested John Russell Castor, 22, Sheffield, at 10 a.m. Friday. Police said they served an arrest warrant on Castor at District Justice Lindemuth's office relative to charges from a September 21, 2010 burglary of the Shaw House in Sheffield. Justice Lindemuth released Castor ROR and set a Preliminary Hearing for October 5.
