Samuel B. Thomas, of Starbick, passed away on Monday evening, July 25, 2011, at the Warren General Hospital following an extended illness.
Sam was the owner of Starbrick Collision.
He is survived by his wife Shirley Heeter Thomas; and a son James B. Thomas.
In accordance with Sam's wishes, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be in the Westview cemetery.
Sam wishes memorial donations be made to the Warren County Humane Society.
