Gardeners to meet
Hill & Dale Garden Club will have a "Tea Cup Meeting" at Cable Hollow Golf Course with a program by Diane DiPenti at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 27. Lunch will be Dutch treat, but those attending need to contact Yvonne Lee at 726-0796 for a reservation. Also each member can bring a tea cup or teapot or related items for DiPenti to appraise.

Winners in Social Bridge Club play at the Woman's Club of Warren Thursday were Elizabeth Jones, first, and Betty Beyer, second.

Donations for Grand Valley Homecoming's Chinese auction are being accepted. Call Albert at (814) 436-7883 to arrange for pick-up/delivery. Grand Valley's 8th Annual Homecoming Committee will meet on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 6:30 p.m., at the Grand Valley Volunteer Fire Department on Route 27 in Grand Valley.
