Starrlene Kay Schell and Christopher Michael Wilson of Youngsville have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Laura and Joe Engle of Youngsville and Gordon Schell of Sugar Grove. He is the son of Tammy Wilson-Cochrane, Warren, and Robert Cochrane, Jamestown, N.Y. A Sept. 17 wedding is planned in Warren.
