Win at bridge

Results of Monday's duplicate bridge game at the YMCA: Bob Sokolski and Bill Tordella, first with 39; Joann Hultquist and Connie Michell, second with 30; and Christie Leininger and Joyce Davis, third with 27.5.

Class to breakfast

Youngsville High School Class of 1948 will have breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 14, at Richard's Restaurant, Youngsville.

Make It, Bake It

Make-it Bake-it will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 14, at the Allegheny Community Center, 42 Clark St., Warren (not on July 13 as was stated in the July "Voice of Experience" newsletter).

Work bee planned

at fairgrounds

There will be a work bee at the Warren County Fairgrounds on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, July 16-18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and again on Saturday and Sunday, July 23 and 24, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jobs will consist of painting, working on flower beds, trimming and miscellaneous other jobs. All volunteers are greatly appreciated. For further information, call 726-2304.

To dance Friday

The Chautauqua Squares will host a western-style square and round dance at 8 p.m. Friday, July 17. Summer location is the air-conditioned senior center in Falconer, N.Y. (just before the bridge). Dress will be casual for the summer. Caller will be Tom Mohney of Oil City, and cuer will be Paul Edson. Observers are welcome. Refreshments will be served after the dance. Polka Sunday

The Slovenian Polka Boosters will dance from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 17, at the Ridgway Moose. Bill Ribec and the Internationals of Steelton, Pa., will provide music. For more information, call Paul Leofsky at 563-7516.

"Fire and Ice" (Papalia and Eisert) will be featured at Music in the Park from 8 to 10 p.m. Friday, July 15, at Soldiers & Sailors Park, Hickory St. at Pennsylvania Ave. W., Warren, weather permitting.
