Benjamin Chase a senior at Eisenhower High School and Warren County Career Center has been awarded a full scholarship to study abroad from July 2011 through June 2012, through the Congress-Bundestag Vocational Exchange Program. Ben is the son of Brad Chase of Russell and Shelli Gray of Warren.
