Snap Fitness, the leading chain of 24/7 state-of-the-art health clubs, will open a club in Warren in late May, offering residents what it calls a "fast, convenient and affordable" alternative to traditional big-box fitness centers.
The new club, which will operate round-the-clock, will be located in the Warren Commons Shopping Center next to GNC.
Robert Miller, local general manager, said each member is provided a personalized keycard, making access easy, even during unstaffed hours, to any of Snap's nearly 900 clubs in the United States, Canada and India. Inside, each club is stocked with cardio and strength-training equipment, as well as free weights.
