Craig and Carol Wilcox of Russell proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsi Wilcox, to Charles M. Boyles, son of Charles E. Boyles of Rimersburg and Janene Boyles of New Bethlehem.
The future bride is a 2003 graduate of Eisenhower High School and received her bachelor's degree in secondary education/English from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2007. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in education/technology. Kelsi is employed as a seventh-grade English teacher at Keystone High School.
The future groom is a 2003 graduate of Redbank Valley High School and a 2010 graduate of the Clarion County Career Center, Practical Nursing Program. He is employed as an LPN at Clarview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
