Reading incentive
In honor of Children's Book Week, which occurs during May, the Warren Public Library Children's Department is sponsoring a reading incentive for children aged 2 and older. Children are to read - or have read to them - at least five fiction or nonfiction books about primates. Write the titles/authors on the form supplied by the library. Those who return their forms by May 7 will have their name entered into a drawing for a stuffed monkey and a book. Forms are available in the Children's Department. They are hanging on a partition next to the staff computer. Forms can also be downloaded from the library website www.warrenlibrary.org under "Children's Events." Classes and other organized groups are welcome to participate. Call Children's Librarian Susan Slater at 723-4650 with any questions.
