Kellie Sue Miller of Sugar Grove and Mark Alan Shields of Ellicottville, N.Y., have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Bill and Sandy Miller of Sugar Grove. He is the son of Barry Shields of Randolph, N.Y., and the late Linda Rolfe VanHorn.
A May 14 wedding is planned in Sugar Grove.
