Hilton Hotels Corporation and Hampton Inn & Suites hotels has honored the Hampton Inn & Suites, 3291 Market St., with the company's Lighthouse Award, designating it as one of the hotel chain's top performing hotels among 1,817 Hampton properties.
The Hampton Inn & Suites was recognized for its high rankings in overall accommodations, service and quality. The award criteria was based on customer feedback measured through guest satisfaction surveys which represents half of the scoring for the award, with the other half being determined by the Hampton Hotels brand through inspections and compliance for product quality and service, for the year 2010.
"The competition to be among the elite group of Hampton Lighthouse Award winners becomes stronger each year as the Hampton brand continues to add more and more hotels and continually looks for ways to strengthen the guest experience. This makes us especially proud to receive the honor," said Karen Sobkowski, general manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites. "Also, we are extremely pleased with this accomplishment as most of the properties sitting in the award-winning category with us are resort-type properties."

Also, according to Executive Housekeeper Cindy Brader, The Hampton Inn & Suites of Warren has remained on the list of top ten Hampton hotels worldwide for cleanliness for more than a year and a half. This is especially noteworthy in that out of the more than 1800 Hampton hotels worldwide, the Warren Hampton is the only hotel on the top ten cleanliness list in the entire northeastern United States.
Additionally, the property has continually received the Wall of Fame award given quarterly by Hilton Corporation for Performance in Product, Service and Quality since its inception.
