Regarding charges of hindering apprehension of a fugitive filed against Lee A. Baldwin, 8 S. Irvine St., the criminal complaint filed by the Warren City Police via District Magistrate Arthur Zerbe reads Baldwin was charged after he "did allow David H. Wolfgang to stay with him, even after learning that he was a wanted fugitive from the Town of Ellicott, N.Y. The fugitive admitted that he had spoken to the defendant on numerous occasions about how he was wanted for robbery in the state of New York, Chautauqua County."
