Catherine G. Rodgers entered a not guilty plea to two charges of identity theft, two charges of access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and two charges of forgery Thursday during arraignment court proceedings.
The charges were erroneously attributed to Jay Church Jr. in Friday's Times Observer.
