Dawn Marie Beck and Larry L. Morse of Madison Ave., Warren, have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Sheila K. Skinner of Warren, and he is the son of Susan Morse and Larry Morse, both of Warren. An April 9, 2011, wedding is planned in Warren.
