Raymond and Elizabeth Bowser McMillen Sr. of 740 Patchen Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Feb. 21. The McMillens were married at Youngsville United Brethren Church by the Rev. Dibble. They have five children, 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
