Matthew Shawn Harris and Lara Lesan Jones were united in marriage on Oct. 10, 2010, at the Firestone Vineyard in Los Olivos, Calif. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Dick Stafford. Vocal music was provided by Katy Stafford Moore, bride's sister-in-law. A scripture reading was done by Julie Harris, groom's niece. A reception immediately followed the ceremony at the Firestone Winery.
The bride is the daughter of Leslie and Francille Moore of Houston, Texas. The groom is the son of Ramon and Evelyn Harris of Russell.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore a dress by Oleg Cassini and carried cymbidium orchids and white roses. Matron of honor was Kay Kiker, and maid of honor was Linda Castillo, friends of the bride. Best men were Eric Sawyer and Thomas Wilbur, friends of the groom. Ushers were Ray Harris Jr., groom's brother, and Lane Moore, bride's brother.

The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at the Vineyard House Restaurant in Santa Ynez, Calif. The guest book was attended by Stephanie and Dave Galey, groom's sister and brother-in-law.
The bride is a graduate of Baylor University and is the Senior Vice President, Television, at bpg, an entertainment advertising agency. The groom is a 1990 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a 1995 mechanical engineering graduate of Penn State, University Park campus. He is the owner/operator of Dagmar Customs, specializing in automotive metal fabrication.
The newlyweds left the reception in a custom 1951 Mercury built by Dagmar Customs. They honeymooned on the Coral Coast of Fiji and reside in Los Angeles, Calif.
