Rec Sled Party
There will be a sled riding party at Pool Hill on Sunday, Feb. 13, from 1 to 3 p.m., hosted by the Youngsville Borough Recreational Committee. Hot dogs, cocoa and door prizes will be provided. Any questions, contact Kim at 563-4604.

Prepping lunch

The regular monthly meeting for the Borough of Youngsville will be held on Feb. 14 at 4:30 p.m. in the new Borough Building on Railroad Street.
Kindergarten signup
The Kindergarten registration for Youngsville Elementary Middle School will take place Tuesday, Feb. 15, from 9-11 a.m., 1-2:30 p.m., and 4-6 p.m. Pick up packets at the YEMS and return completed packets on registration day.

Deadline for contest
Winners for the Hunt for Cupid in Youngsville will be drawn at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, at the Allegheny Artistry. Youngsville businesses have sponsored the $100 top prize, second place is dinner for two at Downunder, and third place is candy from Youngsville Pharmacy with Flowers from ROY. Entry forms available in Youngsville at the Pharmacy, PNC, and Northwest Savings Bank. Match Cupid names with business displaying cupids. One HINT: Youngsville Hardware has a Cupid, you have to find out his name.
Soup and pie
Saron Lutheran Church will have a soup and pie lunch on Monday, Feb. 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch is a $6 donation. You can choose from vegetable beef, chicken noodle, or potato ham soups along with homemade pies. Takeouts and delivery are available. Call 563-7850 before Feb. 13 or 563-7662 the day of the lunch. Proceeds from the lunch will go to Outreach, locally and abroad.
