By ALLEN SEYBERT aseybert@timesobserver.com

CONNEAUT LAKE - A lot can happen in any given meeting between teams.

Earlier this season, the Eisenhower Knights knocked off the Conneaut Lake Indians, 46-44. On Tuesday, the Indians handed Eisenhower a 67-30 loss at Conneaut Lake High School.

"We just didn't play our game tonight," said Eisenhower coach Steve Norris. "We were off in every aspect of the game - simple as that."

Conneaut Lake was largely benefitted by a 31-point performance from Dakota Tabar. In addition, the Indians held a large advantage at the free throw line. Conneaut Lake made 12 more free throws than Eisenhower attempted, 23-11.

Ryan Williams had a solid game in defeat for the Knights, finishing with 14 points. Andrew Onoratti was next with six points.

In the junior varsity contest, Eisenhower was a 49-34 victor. Colin Shine scored 13 points and Tre Frank 12 points in the win.

Eisenhower (5-12) returns to action Wednesday, hosting Fairview in a make-up game.

Conneaut Lake was 0-5 in the region prior to Tuesday. The Knights fall to 2-3 and into fourth place.
